Starting in Fall 2009 the secondary carding process will be changing. Here are some of the changes and info that is important.

1. You can get a Secondary Card from the Travel Director. There will be a fee for the card, see Travel Director for Details. 
2. You will no longer have to obtain the signature from the State. The Morris County League Registrar is the official signature now. This will greatly speed up the process for secondary carding. 
3. You will need to make sure to get a copy of the primary card, front and back, from the other team.
4. You must have the league number for both Primary and Secondary teams. Example... MCYSA (aka Morris County) / #12  or MNJYSA (aka Mid Jersey) / #09.
   • MAPS is not a League, it is part of Mid Jersey, league #09.
5. All areas need to be filled in including address, signature dates, primary pass number on top, phone number etc... The last 2 lines are left blank for the League Official and Disctrict Commissioner.
   • Players MUST sign there name, no printed names will be accepted.
6. New Medical Form will be needed for submitting to the D/C.
7. Sage form may not be needed since they have most likely already signed one for the other NJYS team, but could be a good idea.
8. No need to submit new Birth Certificate, Membership form or Add Player form.
9. DO NOT FILL IN THE SECONDARY PASS NUMBER, only the primary pass number from the copy.
10. When paperwork is dropped off to the Travel Director please make sure to drop it off in the original envelope that your carding packet came in. All contact info is already on that envelope.
11. You must include pink roster and all add / drop forms that you have done during the season with the paperwork as well.
