To participate in the try outs all participants MUST fill out a Parent/Player agreement form. The form must be signed by a parent and the player. Parent / Player Form All children should also bring a ball, cleats, shin guards and plenty of water! U8 level only; if there are not enough players to form a boys team and a girls team, one co-ed team will be formed.
