TD Bank makes a donation to the Mount Olive Soccer Club based on a percentage of the average balances linked to the club.  All checking, savings, money market, CD’s and retirement accounts are included in the program.
 
The Mount Olive Soccer Club receives no financial information from the bank concerning any accounts. 
 
All members need to do is click on the link below to get a copy of the form, fill it out, and bring it to any TD Bank branch.  This program is available to every member currently banking with or planning to bank with TD Bank.  Do not give the forms to the coaches.
